Put it like this, guildwars.wikia.com and pvxwiki. As I told you in game, don't copy a pvx build unless its for farming, or you'll turn into a zombie n00b, right now your a fast learning newb. Big dif between newb, and noob, never be a noob. I don't think I can even call you a newb anymore you caught on too fast

Use guildwars.wikia.com and look up skills for your prof. find one you like and form a build.

Well said. Yes, while you can sometimes find ideas - just bases, concepts, for a build, nothing more - on PvX, DO NOT TAKE THEIR BUILDS. I tried that once, when I was relatively new to the game and had just gotten Prophecies. I was trying out a PvP Ranger, and ran their Broadhead Pet build. I failed miserably, deleted the Ranger, and make a Mesmer build from scratch that was at least twice as good (and I never even truly finished refining it). The fact of the matter is that half the builds there are terrible, and the other half is entirely cookie-cutter metagame that is so popular it'll only last a month before it gets nerfed with a skill update. Besides, at least in my experience, it's much easier running a build one has formed oneself than trying to use someone else's build effectively.

Out of curiosity, what weapon are you using? I prefer swords and hammers, but I'm learning how to make the axe work as well (have an idea for a replacement for my old MoR Hundred Blades build using Whirlwind Attack, Cyclone Axe, and Triple Chop). I might be able to give a few pointers (probably nothing Wiki couldn't offer, though).

Currently I am using the Hammer from the bonus of the trilogy purchase. Before that I was using swords.

Check http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/W to find an elite skill that you like, as it is really the best way to find which skills there are in game.

Make sure you have enough attb points to make full use of a weapon. At lvl 20 that shouldn't be a problem
